The Perfect Prayer Before Mass

O Most Holy Trinity, I adore You!

Trusting in Your love and mercy 
I am now ready to fully participate
 in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass,
the Source and Summit of my life.

My Savior, Jesus Christ, I believe
 that You are Truly Present in the
 Most Holy Eucharist.

Eternal Father, I offer You the
 Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity
 of Your dearly beloved Son, 
Our Lord Jesus Christ, 
in atonement for our sins 
and those of the whole world.

Come Holy Spirit, fill me with
 every grace and blessing.  
Help me to receive Your life-giving
 Word in the Scriptures 
and to be a Missionary Disciple 
of Jesus.

O Blessed Virgin Mary, 
All Angels and Saints,  
and My Guardian Angel, 
help me to pray well.

We ask this all through 
Christ, our Lord.    Amen.
